Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed same day–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. We pretty much ship orders daily based on the order in which they were received.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. We'll let you know the estimated shipping date and from there you can chose to either wait or get a refund for your order.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order with the email sent to you. If you never received a tracking number, please contact us and we can provide it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fortier Germane is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). We do not offer international shipping at this time but should soon sometime in the future.
Damages
Fortier Germane is not liable for any products damaged, stolen, or lost during and after shipping. In the rare event that your items are lost, stolen, or damaged during or after transit, please contact the shipping provider immediately. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, all claims for missing packages must be directed to USPS (or the carrier). We are not responsible for packages after the tracking is marked delivered.
