Quick Answers

Where is my tracking number?

• All tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as the shipping label is printed (processing time: 2 business days). If you haven’t received an email with your tracking number or couldn't find it, please let us know so we can resend it to you.

I put in the wrong address what do I do?

• Contact us ASAP like right now. Matter of fact stop reading and hit that send button. We can go ahead and change it for you as long as your order hasn't been dropped off or picked up by the carrier. We unfortunately cannot change the address once the carrier is in possession of your items. We recommend forwarding the package to the correct address if applicable. Tip: Use the autocomplete address feature when filling in your shipping details.

My tracking hasn't updated and it's been more than 2 days. What's going on?

• If it has been more than 2 business days and tracking still hasn't updated, it's more than likely that we've already shipped out your items and that USPS just forgot to do its initial scan (frustrating we know). It will update once it's close to the state that you live in (usually 1-2 days before the expected delivery date). Rest assured, if it still doesn't update after the expected delivery date, we will contact you for the next steps.

Could I cancel my order?

• We can provide cancellations as long as your order hasn't been handed to USPS already, so please contact us ASAP if you want to cancel your order.

Why was my order cancelled?

• Your order was most likely canceled by our automated system, which identified it as a potentially high or medium risk order or there just wasn't any stock left. We take these precautions to ensure the security of transactions. If you believe this to be an error, please contact us for further assistance.
