My tracking hasn't updated and it's been more than 2 days. What's going on?
• If it has been more than 2 business days and tracking still hasn't updated, it's more than likely that we've already shipped out your items and that USPS just forgot to do its initial scan (frustrating we know). It will update once it's close to the state that you live in (usually 1-2 days before the expected delivery date). Rest assured, if it still doesn't update after the expected delivery date, we will contact you for the next steps.
How long does shipping take?
• Shipping usually takes 1-7 days for domestic orders. We use USPS, and they should provide an expected delivery date once the order ships.
Could we suggest a fragrance to add to your store?

You freaking idiot, you sent me the wrong items. What now?
• First off, we'd like to shake your hand and apologize as we definitely are idiots. We double check our orders but sometimes mistakes do happen so please get in contact with us, send some photos, and after confirmation we'll get you right with either a refund or a replacement of your choosing.
