Is Fortier Germane legit?
• Yes, Fortier Germane is legit. All of our products are sourced exclusively from reputable distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, ensuring 100% authenticity. Selling inauthentic products undermines brand trust, which we strive to uphold. Additionally, we provide secure transactions through well-known, trustworthy payment providers to keep your financial information and data safe. You can also read our customer reviews. When will my order ship?
• Most if not all orders are processed same day to 3 business days (usually 1 business day processing time). Tracking numbers are provided for every order via USPS and will be sent to your email. We cannot ship on Sunday's and on national holidays as USPS does not operate during those days.
Why are your prices so cheap?
• Our prices are affordable because we operate fully online, which allows us to significantly reduce costs compared to traditional businesses. Even though our prices are low, we don’t compromise on the quality of our products or services.
Do you offer free shipping? 🆓
• Any orders $35+ are eligible for free shipping (automatically applied at checkout) unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer returns or cancellations?
• We do not offer returns but we can provide cancellations as long as your order hasn't been handed to USPS already, so please contact us ASAP if you want to cancel your order. Although we guarantee 100% authenticity, we cannot guarantee that you will like the scents you've purchased. You can always sell it or spray it after you poo.
My tracking hasn't updated. What's going on? 🚚
• If it has been more than 2 business days and tracking still hasn't updated, it's more than likely that we've already shipped out your items and that USPS just forgot to do its initial scan (frustrating we know). It will update once it's close to the state that you live in (usually 1-2 days before the expected delivery date). Rest assured, if it still doesn't update after the expected delivery date, we will contact you for the next steps.
Are these fake? Why does it smell different to the one I smelled at the mall?
• No, all of our products are sourced from reputable distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, ensuring 100% authenticity. If it ever comes down to it, we will investigate and wholeheartedly give you a refund if we believe a fragrance is actually fake. Please keep in mind of any reformulations which can change the longevity, performance, and sometimes the smell of a fragrance and note that there's actually some difference in smelling something on paper vs your skin so please keep in mind of that as well. The top notes are usually more dominant on paper and the base notes are more dominant on skin.
You didn't fill my bottle all the way up to the top. WTF BRO? 🤬
• We assure you that we have filled it to the stated amount. We utilize precise tools to ensure accurate liquid transfer between bottles. Our bottles are designed to accommodate more than the specified volume, safeguarding against pressure changes due to temperature and altitude variations. That is why it's essential for us to leave a bit of air space at the top. It may sound like an excuse but a little internet search will show we are telling the truth. If you also look at retail bottles, they are almost always never filled to the top. However, there’s no need to worry—we almost always add a little extra to account for any potential evaporation (though unlikely).
My tracking says "Delivered", but I never got it.
Your best bet is to reach out to the shipping provider and review any available security camera footage. Unfortunately, since we do not directly handle deliveries, we have limited ability to assist you. USPS recommends checking areas like your garage, mailbox, porch, spots protected from weather, locations out of street view, and exterior doors. We understand that such situations can arise, but we are also aware that it's a common way for people to try and get a refund. Our policy is that once it says delivered, that is the final verdict and that should be fair for both parties. If you’re unhappy with the scent, consider reselling the decant at like 90% capacity or something like that rather than pursuing a refund.
Did you just water down my samples/decants? 🚰
• Absolutely not—as God-fearing people, we have never and will never dilute our products, add alcohol, put in a dupe/clone version, or engage in any of those deceptive practices. Integrity is at the core of our business, and we deeply respect and value our customers’ trust. Providing authentic, high-quality decants is our unwavering commitment. If you feel that a fragrance lacks scent or longevity, let the decant sit for a few hours to return to its original concentration and temperature. Additionally, take a break to reset your scent receptors, as nose-blindness may affect perception.
Are you guys a scam site?
• Good question. We are actually not a scam site. All orders are processed through secure transactions to ensure your safety and privacy. We also offer the option to purchase orders using PayPal or Shop Pay if you need additional buyer protection.
Do you label the bottles? 🏷️
• Yes all decanted bottles will come labeled with the name and brand of the fragrance. You can always remove them if needed.
